The Flats on Church Street, Egg Harbor, WI

The Flats on Church Street, located in Door County, WI, are a departure from the typical condo-tel that has become common in the popular and growing tourist destination. Tucked behind Egg Harbor’s downtown, The Flats opened in 2019 and feature four 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartments that are rented primarily through Airbnb and VRBO. The opening of the Flats coincided with significant commercial development that has quickly made Egg Harbor one of Door County’s top destinations.

Located on the main commercial drive in Sturgeon Bay, WI, this 1600sf former Taco Bell restaurant had fallen into disrepair after sitting vacant for nearly 12 years. Purchased in 2015, it was renovated and re-opened as a Jimmy John’s restaurant in March of 2017.
The Historic Corner House, Sturgeon Bay, WI
Vacation Rental Real Estate
Purchased in 2014, this historic structure has served as home to many uses over the years, including retail shops and a Bed & Breakfast. The building had fallen under bank ownership and disrepair. When acquired, the exterior was restored true to form, while five interior units were renovated into modern vacation rental apartments.

Commercial - Multi-Tenant
Located along the busy State Highway 42/57 enroute to Northern Door County, this multi-tenant building, featuring a Mobil Gas Station and quick-serve Culver’s restaurant was acquired in May of 2012. Interior renovations of the Culver’s were completed in December of 2012. New fuel dispensers and canopy fascia were installed in Summer of 2019 to complete the gas station re-brand from Mobil to Amoco.

Everyone remembers their first deal.
Purchased in March of 2011, this once thriving Culver’s restaurant had fallen on tough times and into a state of disrepair. Interior remodeling was completed in the Spring of 2011. Exterior re-imaging commenced in Summer of 2013. Six years and nearly $1million dollars in revenue later, this investment was successfully sold in June of 2017.
